    Thank you for choosing Wabbanode for your game server hosting needs! To keep everything running smoothly for you and other customers, we have a few simple rules and policies. We’ve done our best to keep this clear and easy to understand. If you have any questions, our team is here to help.

  • 1. Using Our Services

    • Keep it Legal: Don’t use our servers for anything illegal or harmful. This includes breaking local laws, hosting prohibited content, or harming others’ services.
    • Be Considerate: Don’t disrupt other servers or our systems with excessive use or malicious activity.
    • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you’re under 18, you’ll need permission from a parent or guardian.
  • 2. Account and Security

    • Your Responsibility: Keep your login details secure. We aren’t responsible for issues caused by someone else accessing your account.
    • Reporting Issues: If your account is compromised, let us know immediately. Unauthorized activity may result in suspension.
  • 3. Payment Policy

    • First Payment: Services are activated after the initial payment is processed.
    • Renewals: You have a 24-hour grace period after your invoice is due to renew your service. After this, your service may be suspended.
    • Suspension and Termination: If your service is overdue for more than 30 days, it will be permanently terminated, and all data will be deleted.
    • Chargebacks: Disputing a payment will result in account suspension. Reach out to us first so that we can assist you much more effectively.
    • Invoice Generation: Invoices are generated up to 7 days before your renewal, allowing you to keep up to date with your payments in advance. Otherwise automatic payments will be taken on the due date.
  • 4. General Terms

    • Use Common Sense: If something could cause trouble, it probably will.
    • Service Termination: We may terminate any service without refund or prior notice.
    • Right to Change Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to stay informed about any updates.
    • Disruption: Do not disrupt or interfere with other services or the internet using our services.
    • Age Requirement: Must be at least 13 years old to use our service.
  • 5. Refund Policy

    We want you to have a great experience with Wabbanode. If you're unsatisfied, here’s how our 7-day refund policy will work:

    • Eligibility: You can request a refund within 7 days of starting a new service.
    • Feedback: We may ask for feedback to improve our services. Your response (or lack of one) won’t affect your eligibility.
    • Response Time: If you don’t respond to our communication within 72 hours, and your 7-day period has passed, your refund request will be invalidated.
    • How to Request: Refunds must be submitted through a cancellation request in our client area. This ensures your refund and service cancellation are handled together.
    • One-Time Refund: Each server is eligible for only one refund request.
    • Withdraw Requests: You can cancel your refund and cancellation request at any time by contacting us.
  • 6. Accidental Payments

    We understand mistakes happen. Here’s how we handle accidental charges:

    • Overpayments: If you pay an invoice multiple times, the extra amount will be added as account credit.
    • Charges After Cancellation: If our system charges you for a canceled service, we can refund this payment within 180 days upon request.
    • Requesting a Refund: Contact us with proof of the accidental payment, such as transaction details, and we’ll take care of it.
  • 7. Premium Addon

    We may provide a premium addon for our game servers for an additional fixed cost per month.

    • Dedicated Port: Enjoy the game's primary port for your server, such as 25565 for Minecraft and 2456 for Valheim.
    • Additional Resources: You will receive an additional 10x backup and database slots within the panel.
    • Helping Hand: Our team will configure your server for you upon request.
    • Deployment Delays: If a dedicated port is unavailable at the time of deployment, your server may experience delays. Compensation is available upon request, contact our team for assistance.
  • 8. Helping Hand

    For eligible customers, this service provides customers with full server management support from our team.

    • Requests: All helping hand requests must be made via our support ticket system, while logged in a a client.
    • Validity: You can only request a helping hand for servers with the premium addon. If you would like help configuring a network, all servers must have the addon.
    • Be Specific: To ensure we can get you running as swiftly as possible, you should be as specific as possible with your request. We may request more information if you are not specific enough, leading to potential delays.
    • Exclusions: Helping hand does not include building custom worlds, maps, structures, or any form of custom development (plugins, mods, etc).
    • We request the right to deny any server management request.
  • 9. Support Policy

    • Crisp Live Chat: For quick technical or sales questions, you can use our live chat platform, Crisp, available directly from our website.
    • Billing Verification: For discussions involving billing, we may ask you to open a support ticket to ensure proper verification and secure communication.
    • Support Tickets: For more complex issues, such as technical troubleshooting or billing, please submit a ticket through our client area. Tickets allow us to track your request and provide detailed assistance.
    • Reasonable Requests: We may decline requests outside the scope of basic server support, such as extensive plugin configurations or custom development.
  • 10. Service Use Policy

    • Fair Usage: Our services are designed for game hosting. Excessive resource use unrelated to gaming may result in suspension.
    • Storage: We offer unlimited storage when needed, however only for game-related files. Backups or non-essential data exceeding reasonable limits may be removed.
    • Backups: You can keep up to five backups of your service on our servers on our default plan.
  • 11. Violations

    At Wabbanode, we value a positive and secure environment for all users. Violating these terms can lead to immediate account suspension or service termination without warning.

    • Do not use our services for illegal activities, including but not limited to distributing pirated software or hosting malicious files.
    • Do not attempt to disrupt or harm other servers or users, whether within or outside of Wabbanode's network.
    • Do not exploit any vulnerabilities in our system or use our services to exploit third-party systems.
    • Avoid storing excessive, unrelated content (e.g., copyrighted movies or music) on your server.
    • Maintain respect in all interactions with our team and community.

    Our Terms of Service may change over time. We’ll do our best to notify you, but it’s your responsibility to stay updated.
