Customers are our number one priority, and as a Customer Support Specialist you're their first line of defence. You'll help everyone from a small group of friends running a modded server to large communities keep their server online, troubleshoot the issues that come up, and get them back to playing.

You'll work directly with server owners. That means diagnosing crashes, sorting out mod conflicts and walking server owners through configuration.

You'll often be the first to notice when something keeps tripping customers up, and that feedback shapes what we build next. We also host Rust, ARK, Valheim, Palworld, Terraria, Project Zomboid and Unturned, so the more games you actually play, the better.

While you'll be trained in how to deliver first-class technical support for customers, we're looking for someone who likes to dig into servers and solve issues with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Reply quickly and clearly to customer questions in tickets and Discord
  • Troubleshoot common server issues across the games we host
  • Walk customers through setup and configuration when they need a hand
  • Escalate platform-level issues to engineering quickly so we can resolve them quickly
  • Stay clear, friendly and patient in every reply, even when the customer is frustrated

Requirements

  • All applicants must be at least 16 or above in order to apply.
  • Hands-on experience hosting or running a Minecraft or other game server
  • A real passion for Minecraft and gaming. Thousands of hours played counts towards more than a degree
  • Strong written English, and the ability to explain technical things in plain language
  • Solid problem-solving instincts and an eye for detail
  • Stable internet and a quiet enough working setup for remote work

Nice to have

  • Previous customer support or technical support experience, ideally in hosting or gaming
  • Available to cover some weekend or evening hours, since that's when communities are most active
  • You've moderated or helped run a Discord, subreddit, or server community before
  • Familiarity with server hosting control panels (Pterodactyl, Multicraft, AMP, Pelican, etc) or self-hosting
  • Comfortable digging through a knowledgebase or Google when you don't already know the answer

We're looking for a Content Creator to produce video content for the games we host. The bulk of the work is tutorials and how-to videos: setting up a modded Minecraft server, fixing common mod conflicts, configuring Rust admin tools, getting started with Project Zomboid multiplayer. The kind of content people search for at 11pm when something has just gone wrong.

On top of tutorials you'll also produce shorter brand-aware content. Trailers and highlights for games we add to the platform, quick tips for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Reels, plus the occasional longer piece. You'll get briefs and prompts, with plenty of room to bring your own ideas and pitch what you'd love to make.

This is a part-time role and works best for someone who already enjoys making video content (your own channel, freelance edits, anything similar) and wants something steady alongside it. You'll work independently, own each piece end to end from concept to publish-ready file, and check in regularly with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Produce tutorials and how-to videos for the games we host (modded Minecraft, Rust, ARK, Valheim, Palworld, Terraria, Project Zomboid, Unturned and others)
  • Make short-form content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Reels around launches, highlights and quick tips
  • Edit cleanly in Premiere Pro, Blender, DaVinci Resolve or similar
  • Work from briefs the team sends over, and pitch your own ideas alongside
  • Hit a steady production cadence without dropping the quality bar

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English (no translators or AI voice overs)
  • A portfolio of video work you've actually edited yourself, ideally gaming-adjacent
  • Comfortable in Premiere Pro, Blender, DaVinci Resolve or an equivalent tool
  • Self-motivated. You can ship without someone hovering over you
  • You play the games we host, or know the genre well enough to teach it
  • An eye for detail in cuts, audio mixing, captions and pacing

Nice to have

  • Existing audience or proven results on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels or YouTube
  • Understanding of hooks, retention curves and how to keep watch time up
  • Some familiarity with YouTube SEO and thumbnails that actually get clicked
  • Has worked to a brand or content guideline before, and respected the bits that matter
  • Past experience producing for a gaming or tech audience
