How do I set up my SCP: 5K server?

What makes the combat tactical?
SCP: 5K features deliberate, slower gameplay similar to Squad or Escape from Tarkov. Combat includes realistic magazine tracking (each mag tracks ammo individually), no crosshair aiming, leaning and breaching mechanics, and permadeath consequences.
What factions can I play as?
Players primarily control FBI UIU (Unusual Incidents Unit) or UNGOC operatives fighting against the rogue SCP Foundation. In wave survival, you can play as Foundation security guards defending during containment breaches.
