AskaThe starting season determines the initial conditions when players first join your ASKA world. Each season offers different challenges and resource availability.
Starting in Winter creates a significantly harder early game experience. Make sure your players are prepared for the challenge.
Changing the Starting Season
- Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.
- Click the Settings tab and select ASKA World Settings.
- Locate Starting Season and select your preferred season.
- Click Save and Start your server.
Available Seasons

| Spring | Mild weather, resources begin to regenerate (default) |
| Summer | Warm weather, abundant resources, longer days |
| Autumn | Cooling weather, harvest time, preparing for winter |
| Winter | Harsh conditions, scarce resources, survival challenge |
Choosing the Right Season
Spring is recommended for new players as it provides balanced conditions and time to prepare before harsher seasons.
Summer offers the most forgiving start with abundant resources.
Autumn provides moderate difficulty with urgency to prepare for winter.
Winter is the most challenging start, recommended only for experienced players who want an immediate survival challenge.
