Steam beta branches let you run pre-release versions of Conan Exiles on your server. Test new features, updates, and content before they go live, or roll back to previous versions if needed. This is useful for servers that want early access to upcoming changes.
Beta branches may be unstable and could cause issues with saves or mods. Always back up your server before switching branches.
Changing the Steam Beta Branch
- Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.

- Click the Settings tab and select Conan Exiles Server Settings.

- Locate the Steam Beta Branch field and enter the beta branch name (leave empty for stable release).

- Click Save and Start your server.
Tips
- Players must also switch to the same beta branch in their Steam client
- Testlive branches may not be compatible with mods
- Check Funcom's announcements for available beta branches
- Beta progress may not carry over to stable releases
Your server is now configured to use the specified Steam beta branch. You'll have access to test new features before they're released to the public, helping shape the future of the Exiled Lands.
