How to Set a Server Password on Your ARK Server

Protect your ARK: Survival Evolved server with a password to restrict access to authorized players only.

Setting a server password prevents unauthorized players from joining your ARK server. Only players who know the password will be able to connect.

Leave the password field empty to allow anyone to join without a password.

Setting the Server Password

Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.
Click the Settings tab and select ARK:SE Server Settings.
Locate Server Password and enter your desired password.
Click Save and Start your server.

Share your server password only with players you want to allow access. When joining, players will be prompted to enter the password before connecting.

Your server is now password-protected and only accessible to players with the correct password.
