BattlEye is a proactive anti-cheat system that protects your server from cheaters and hackers. Enabling BattlEye is highly recommended for public servers.
Enabling BattlEye
- Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.

- Click the Settings tab and select Arma 3 Server.cfg.

- Locate or add the BattlEye setting and make the desired changes.

- Edit the configuration and click Save.
- Start your server.

Add this line to your server.cfg:
BattlEye = 1;

Important Notes
- Players must have BattlEye installed and running to join BattlEye-protected servers
- BattlEye runs automatically when players launch Arma 3 through Steam
- Some older mods may trigger false positives - check mod compatibility
Disabling BattlEye leaves your server vulnerable to cheaters. Only disable for private testing servers or specific mod compatibility reasons.
