How to Change the Server Region on Your ASKA Server

Configure the server region for matchmaking on your ASKA server.

The server region determines which geographic area your server is listed under in the server browser. Players must select the matching region in-game to see your server.

Players will only see your server when browsing the correct region. Make sure your players know which region your server is set to.

Changing the Server Region

Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.
Click the Settings tab and select ASKA World Settings.
Locate Region and enter your desired region.
Click Save and Start your server.

Available Regions

Region	Use Case
default	Automatically selects optimal region based on server location
Europe	Players primarily in Europe
USA East	Players primarily in eastern North America
Asia	Players primarily in Asia

Select the region where most of your players are located for the best connection quality. If your player base is spread across multiple regions, consider using "default" to let the system choose automatically.
