How to Set Up a Steam GSLT Token on Your ASKA Server

A GSLT (Game Server Login Token) authenticates your server with Steam and makes it discoverable in the server browser. Without a valid GSLT, players won't be able to find your server in the browser.

Generating a GSLT Token

1. Visit Steam Game Server Account Management.
2. Log in with your Steam account.
3. Click Create a new game server account.
4. Enter App ID: 1898300 (ASKA's App ID).
5. Add a memo to identify your server (e.g., "My ASKA Server").
6. Click Create and copy the generated token immediately.

Adding the Token to Your Server

1. Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.
2. Click the Settings tab and select ASKA Server Settings.
3. Locate Steam GSLT Token and paste your token.
4. Click Save and Start your server.

Requirements for GSLT

• Steam account with a verified phone number
• Account must be in good standing (no VAC bans or restrictions)
• ASKA must be owned on the Steam account
• Each server requires a unique GSLT token

Important Notes

• Do not share your GSLT token publicly
• If your token is compromised, you can delete it and generate a new one
• Violations of Steam's terms of service can result in token revocation
• The token links your server to your Steam account for authentication
