How to Use Steam Beta Branches on Your Enshrouded Server

Switch to Steam beta branches to test new Enshrouded features.

Get early access to upcoming Enshrouded features by switching your server to a Steam beta branch. Beta branches let you and your community test new content, balance changes, and bug fixes before they reach the stable release.

Beta branches may contain bugs and instability. Only use them if you want to test new features.

Switching to a Beta Branch

Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.
Click the Settings tab and select Enshrouded Server Settings.
Locate Steam Beta and select your desired branch.
Click Save and Start your server.

Players must also switch to the same beta branch in their Steam client to connect. Right-click the game in Steam > Properties > Betas.

Your server is now running on the selected beta branch. Remember to inform your players they need to switch to the same beta branch in their Steam client to connect and experience the new features together.
