How to Install uMod (Oxide) on Your Rust Server

Learn how to enable uMod (Oxide) on your Rust server to install plugins and extend functionality.

uMod (formerly Oxide) is the most popular modding framework for Rust servers. It allows you to install plugins that add new features, modify gameplay, and enhance server administration.

Installing uMod

Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.
Click the Settings tab.
Locate the Use Oxide toggle and enable it.
Click Save and Start your server.

uMod will be automatically installed and configured when your server starts.

After enabling uMod, your server may take slightly longer to start as it downloads and installs the framework.
