How to Disable Seasonal Events on Your Satisfactory Server

Turn off holiday-themed content like FICSMAS.

Satisfactory features seasonal events like FICSMAS (a holiday-themed event with special items and decorations). If you prefer a standard game experience without seasonal content, you can disable these events.

Disabling seasonal events does not remove already-placed seasonal items. It only prevents new seasonal content from appearing.

Disabling Seasonal Events

  1. Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server. Wabbanode control panel with stop button
  2. Go to the Files tab. Wabbanode control panel Files tab
  3. Navigate to /FactoryGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/. Satisfactory server navigating to the config folder
  4. Open or create GameUserSettings.ini. GameUserSettings.ini file in Satisfactory config
  5. Add the following lines:
[/Script/FactoryGame.FGGameUserSettings]
FG.DisableSeasonalEvents=1

Re-Enabling Seasonal Events

To turn seasonal events back on:

  1. Open GameUserSettings.ini as above.
  2. Change the value to 0:
FG.DisableSeasonalEvents=0
  1. Save and restart your server.
