The Allow Mod Organizer 2 setting controls whether players connecting to your server can launch the game through Mod Organizer 2 (MO2).
Using MO2 doesn't automatically mean players have different mods. Combined with Enable Mod Check, you can allow MO2 while still enforcing a specific load order.
What is Mod Organizer 2?
Mod Organizer 2 (MO2) is a popular mod management tool that:
- Keeps mods separate from the game installation
- Allows easy mod enable/disable without reinstalling
- Manages load order and mod conflicts
- Supports mod profiles for different setups
Configuring Allow Mod Organizer 2
- Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.

- Click the Settings tab and select Skyrim Together STServer.ini.

- Locate the Allow Mod Organizer 2 setting and set it to your preference.

- Enabled: Players can launch through MO2
- Disabled: Players using MO2 are blocked
- Click Save and Start your server.
Mod Organizer 2 permissions are now configured. Players can (or cannot) use MO2 based on your setting.
