How to Set a Server Password on Your Abiotic Factor Server

Protect your Abiotic Factor server with a password to restrict access.

Setting a server password restricts access to only players who know the password. This is useful for private servers or communities that want to control who can join.

Setting a Server Password

Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.
Click the Settings tab and select Abiotic Factor Server Settings.
Locate the Server Password field and enter your desired password.
Click Save and Start your server.

To make your server public again, simply clear the Server Password field and save your settings.

Tips

Share the password only with players you want to allow on your server
Passwords are case-sensitive
Choose a password that's easy to share but not easily guessed

Your server is now password-protected. Only players who enter the correct password will be able to join your GATE facility survival adventure.
