How to Change the Server Name on Your Arma 3 Server

Customize your Arma 3 server name as it appears in the server browser.

The server name is how players identify your server in the in-game server browser. Choose a memorable name that reflects your community or mission type.

Changing the Server Name

  1. Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server. Wabbanode control panel with stop button

  4. Click Save and Start your server.

Tips

  • Choose a unique name that's easy to search for in the server browser
  • Include relevant information like mission type, region, or community name (e.g., "TacticalOps | Altis Life | EU")
  • Keep the name concise but descriptive
  • The default name is "A Wabbanode Server"

Your server name is now updated and will appear in the Arma 3 server browser. Players can search for your server by name to join your operations.
