ARMA 3Setting a server password restricts access to only players who know the password. This is useful for private servers, unit operations, or communities that want to control who can join.
The Server Password controls who can join the server. For admin access, use the separate Admin Password setting.
Setting a Server Password
- Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.
- Click the Settings tab and select Arma 3 Server Settings.
- Locate the Server Password field and enter your desired password.
- Click Save and Start your server.
To make your server public again, simply clear the Server Password field and save your settings.
Tips
- Share the password only with players you want to allow on your server
- Passwords are case-sensitive
- For unit operations, consider changing the password periodically
Your server is now password-protected. Only players who enter the correct password will be able to join your Arma 3 operations.
