Resetting your Palworld server removes your current world and creates a brand-new world. Always take a backup before you reset so you don’t lose your progress permanently.
Back Up Your Current World
Before making any changes, create a backup. Don't know how? Read our guide on How to Backup your Server Files.
Resetting the World
- Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.
- Open the Files tab.
- Navigate to
/Pal/Saved/SaveGames/0
. You’ll see a folder with a long string of characters, this contains your current world. - Delete this folder to remove your world data.
- Return to the overview page and Start your server.
When the server starts, a new world will be generated automatically.
Deleting the save folder allows your Palworld server to generate a completely new world when it boots up.
