How to Change Max Characters on Your VEIN Server

The max characters setting limits how many characters can exist on the server. This includes both active and inactive characters created by all players.

Changing Max Characters

1. Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.
2. Click the Settings tab and select VEIN World Settings.
3. Locate Consolevariables Vein Characters Max and enter your desired limit.
4. Click Save and Start your server.

Recommended Values

Considerations

• Each player may create multiple characters
• Old/inactive characters count toward the limit
• Consider enabling Permadeath to naturally reduce character count
