How to Change the Day and Night Cycle Speed on Your VEIN Server

Adjust how fast time passes on your VEIN server including separate day and night speeds.

VEIN allows you to customize the day/night cycle speed, including separate multipliers for daytime and nighttime. Speed up nights for less dangerous gameplay or slow them down for extended survival challenges.

Changing Time Settings

Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.
Click the Settings tab and select VEIN World Settings.
Adjust the following settings:
Click Save and Start your server.

Examples

Faster days and nights: Increase Timemultiplier to 32
Shorter nights: Increase Nighttimemultiplier to 6
Realistic time: Set Timemultiplier to 1 (real-time)
Extended nights: Set Nighttimemultiplier to 1 (nights same speed as days)

The day and night cycle will now run at your configured speeds.
