How to Configure Vehicle Spawning on Your VEIN Server

Adjust vehicle key spawn chances near vehicles and on zombies.

Vehicles in VEIN require keys to operate. Configure how likely keys are to spawn near vehicles or be dropped by zombies.

Changing Vehicle Spawn Settings

Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.
Click the Settings tab and select VEIN World Settings.
Adjust the vehicle settings.
Click Save and Start your server.

Understanding the Values

Values are decimals representing probability:

0.8 = 80% chance
0.5 = 50% chance
0.1 = 10% chance
0 = 0% (never)
1 = 100% (always)

Easy Vehicle Access

Nearbykeyspawnchance: 1 (always a key nearby)
Zombiekeyspawnchance: 0.3 (30% zombie drop rate)

Rare Vehicles (Hardcore)

Nearbykeyspawnchance: 0.3 (30% chance)
Zombiekeyspawnchance: 0.02 (2% zombie drop rate)
