If you've requested a cancellation but changed your mind, you can have it removed by contacting the support team. Once removed, your server will continue to be billed as normal and no data will be lost.
Opening a Support Ticket
- Log in to the Wabbanode Billing Area and click Open New Ticket.

- Let the support team know you'd like to remove the cancellation request for your server.
The support team will manually remove the cancellation and your server will continue as normal.
Cancellation requests can be reversed at any time before the end of your billing period. Once the billing period ends and the server is terminated, it cannot be restored.
