SatisfactoryYou can download saves from your dedicated server to your local game, allowing you to play offline or create backups of your progress.
Downloaded saves can be loaded in single-player mode or uploaded to a different server.
Using Server Manager
The easiest way to download saves is through the in-game Server Manager.
- Launch Satisfactory and open the Server Manager from the main menu.
- Select your server from the list and click the Manage Saves tab.
- Click Download Save.
- Select the Session (game) you want to download from the left panel.
- Select the specific Save from the right panel and click Download Game in the bottom right.
- The save will be added to your local game.
Creating Backups
It's a good practice to regularly download saves as backups:
- Download after major factory milestones
- Keep multiple backup versions
- Store backups in a separate location (cloud storage, external drive)
Your save has been downloaded. You can now play it locally or store it as a backup.
