BeamMPBeamMP servers periodically check for updates and display reminders in the console when a new version is available. You can configure how often these reminders appear or hide them entirely.
Keep update reminders enabled and update promptly. Updates often include security fixes, bug patches, and compatibility improvements. Running outdated servers may cause issues for players.
Configuring Update Reminders
- Navigate to the Wabbanode Control Panel and Stop your server.
- Click the Settings tab and select BeamMP ServerConfig.toml.
- Locate the Miscellaneous Settings section.
- Configure the following settings:
- Update Reminder Time: How often reminders appear
- Hide Update Reminders: Whether to suppress periodic reminders
- Click Save and Start your server.
Update Reminder Time Format
The reminder interval uses time suffixes:

The default is 30s (30 seconds).
Hide Update Reminders
When enabled, periodic update reminders are suppressed. However:
- An update notification will always appear at server startup
- You won't see repeated reminders during operation
Update reminder settings are configured. You'll be notified about new BeamMP versions according to your preferences.
